Will you praise Elohim with your music?

By the grace of YHWH I became enlightened about the true importance of being very selective about the music I now listen, and after reading Psalms it became very evident to me that I really had to change the sort of music I was listening to and switch to music that glorified the most High and Christ and the Holy Spirit, a conviction that was really put on my heart by the Holy Spirit. ,

WHY?

The reason was that I found the music I was listening to really did feed into my subconscious, and the music was predominately mainstream secular music, that MOST of society is exposed to. Moreover, when you actually read the lyrics you see that nothing good or holy is being promoted.

So although the music may have had a good beat and a catchy tune, the music was not bringing me closer to Christ, by keeping my mind focused on holy good things.

SOLUTION

Fellow daughters of God, I really began to see a difference once I began to listen to music that glorifies Elohim, so I now make playlists full of ALL types of genres of worship music, because YHWH knows what kind of genres you like so take it to Him in prayer and wait on the Lord to bless you with music that you can joyfully sing to in adoration of YHWH.

Enjoy praising YHWH through music.
