Inner Peace With YHWH

A deeper understanding to the calmness from within

John 14v27

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

First things First (peace within the storms comes from one source only)

One thing I have learnt throughout my walk with YHWH, is that a life with the most High, doesn't mean a picture perfect life with zero struggles, BUT that instead, even with life's trials and tribulations YHWH will get you through them, and guide you with the HOLY SPIRIT.

Once you get through the tough times, you're able to look back in hindsight and see that you have an overall stronger relationship with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Getting the Key Basics Down are Vital.

Understanding some of the key concepts behind inner peace with YHWH can be tricky but when you start to break some of them down, you can start to contextualize some of the ways to guarantee inner peace with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Believe the promise!

Placing your trust in Yeshua, as your personal Lord and Saviour, and believing the promise means you wait on the Lord and Saviour Yeshua.

The reasons this gives inner peace is because there is no doubt or questioning what happens when you die. I have found that one of the ways you can remind yourself of this inner peace, is through daily repentance. This is because you continually cleanse yourself in the blood of Yeshua from your sins which further reaffirms the peace you have from trusting Yeshua as your Lord and Saviour.

Believing the promise also means you can tap into the will of YHWH for your life, the ripple effect of doing this is...you guessed it...INNER PEACE! As you dwell in the security and protection of the Most High YHWH.

The Sovereignty of YHWH

Believing that YHWH is in sovereign control of all things in your life means saying goodbye to: fear, anxiety, doubt, internal conflict and turmoil.

HOW SO?

The Holy Spirit will calm your life as our Comforter, and being sure that God is in the driving seat gives you a sense of clarity and insurance that no matter what, everything is going according to God’s will.

If you do not have this feeling you then need to ask yourself who or what is in control of your life.

With God in control you begin to have a macro perspective to your life because even when you lack understanding to why some things may happen in your life, you put your FAITH in YHWH...sooner or later you see the purpose of God’s plan.

God provides all you need...Don't Worry

31Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Matthew 6v31-33

The elimination of your daily concerns, is such an important factor that contributes to your inner peace.

Why is this so important? Well... firstly YHWH is all you need and because of this you live a life of trust and hope. From this you gain an inner peace that surpasses and prevails ALL, uncompromised peace only comes from a genuine loving relationship with the heavenly Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Being in the all clear

(The maintenance of a clear conscience, is so important.)

Hebrews 13v8

Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.

Do you have a clear conscience?

One of the biggest mistakes you could make is trying to make the world a substitute for your peace, as it will not work, and before you know it many can find themselves trapped by their own actions & sin. When instead the whole time Yeshua is supposed to be your source of peace.

So maintain the Lord of lords, King of kings, Prince of Peace and our Saviour in your heart and your heart will be guarded from unnecessary aches.

Love yourself like God does

An important thing is to love yourself, as you have in fact been made in the image of God and you are so special in the eyes of YHWH. So special in fact that God sent His only son to die for your sins and mine and then defeat death and resurrect, so we could live through Him.

So remember to appreciate, how you may differ from others, and the gifts the most High has blessed you with for His glory. Whether it is with spiritual gifts, skills or passions like music or art etc.

Being satisfied and content with what God is doing in your life makes you have an entirely new level of appreciation for YHWH

NOT being able to do so, will again destroy your inner peace, and potentially the peace of others as you may end up projecting an inner lack of satisfaction onto loved ones.

Accepting yourself the way the Lord made you is crucial to your inner peace.
