Putting your skills to use: Why to use your skills for YHWH.

There are plenty of talented and skilled people but will you be one to use the gifts you have to further advance the kingdom of the most High Yah?

Firstly let’s establish what it means to use the skills you have for YHWH. To me, there are 3 key focuses those being:

• To glorify YHWH, to lead others to him, to be original, authentic and true.

• To pray and rely on the Holy Spirit to guide the way you work.

• Remembering that it is sobering and humbling, YOU are not the show, you are the vessel.

In this vlog we will address, the 3 key things I found about building something for His kingdom, and how they interlink.

The Joy

The gratification you receive using your own gifts and skills to glorify Elohim instead of yourself for vain glory or validation from the world, means you have been able to experience a true form of JOY and fulfilment.

In addition, you know that this joy you feel doesn't come from a worldly desire being satisfised but instead it is from the spiritual things of the Most High YHWH. Furthermore, the momentary joy you get from perhaps watching your favourite tv show or movie doesn't compare to the long-lasting joy of knowing that you prioritize making time to uplift and celebrate the most High YHWH. So if you have a conviction to contribute to the kingdom of YHWH, don't neglect the calling.

Purpose

Secondly, due to the long-lasting fulfilment you feel from working for the most High YHWH, it means you get more motivated to continue the work you do for the kingdom of God, this leads to a feeling of purpose. In addition, being a child of the most High means your PURPOSE doesn't come from the WORLD but from our Heavenly YHWH. This sense of purpose cannot be taken away from you by anything or anyone, this means you can stand firm in what you're doing for the Most High, whether it is: making music, charity work, kingdom orientated content creation, ministry work etc.

The joy and purpose you feel from working for the Most High, all stems from the fact that your keeping your mind centred on Him.

Also, even if you feel out of place in this world ,which is most likely when you are on the narrow path, just by simply knowing that you are working for the Most High YHWH, outweighs those feelings and often times you can put your hands to labour when your feeling down because you are being proactive in keeping your mind centred on the Most High, which keeps your mind from becoming slothful.

Keeping your mind on Elohim

Even when feel out of place in this world ,which is most likely when you are on the narrow path, by simply knowing that you are working for the most High YHWH, outweighs those negative feelings and by putting your putting your hands to labour for the kingdom you're able to tackle those feelings because you know Elohim is directing your steps and purpose, thereby stopping those negative thoughts from festering because you benefit from the productiveness which also encourages holy thinking.

The takeaway

In conclusion, from the insight provided thus far, I hope it has become more evident as to why it is so important to try and be a vessel for the Most High and use the skills and talents you have been blessed with for the One who created you and wakes you up everyday.
